Great ‘Catch’ for Pata Yamaha With New 2016 Partnership

Yamaha welcomes Catch Resource Management on-board for the 2016 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship season

Passionate about motorcycle racing as well as the IT industry, UK-based Catch Resource Management partnered Crescent Racing during its early WorldSBK campaigns and 2016 sees the company re-join the fold as part of the Pata Yamaha family, to witness Alex Lowes and Sylvain Guintoli bring the YZF-R1 back to world level competition.

“We are very excited about the prospects for Pata Yamaha in 2016,” said Andy Smith, the Managing Director of Catch Resource Management. “It’s great to find a like-minded team with whom we can align ourselves. In Sylvain and Alex, they have two of the best Superbike riders in the world and we are proud of our continuing association.”

“Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team is very happy to continue and develop this long term association,” added Paul Denning, Team Principal of the Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team. “To work with ultra-professional companies like Catch - who are targeting only business customers and professional candidates - is a further indication that the WorldSBK Championship can deliver the necessary assets and values at this level.”

With two rounds of racing already complete, Catch and the Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team are now ready for the first battle on European soil at Spain’s Motorland Aragon in April.
