AyrtonBadovini

Ayrton Badovini spent most of his career in the WorldSBK paddock starting from the European Superstock 1000 Championship in 2003, where he had competed for seven seasons taking many victories and becoming Champion in 2010 aboard a BMW machine.

In 2011 he moved over to WorldSBK. Badovini made steady progresses and took different podium finishes before moving to WorldSSP in 2016 where he took his first victory in Malaysia and a second place on the podium in France. Sixth overall at the end of the season, Badovini stepped up to WorldSBK again the following year but after a difficult season he returned then to WorldSSP in 2018 with MV Agusta Reparto Corse. After a positive year that saw him securing regular point finishes, Badovini takes the leap over to the Kawasaki of Team Pedercini Racing for 2019 and he aims to make a further step forward in the class aboard the ZX-6R of the Italian based squad.
