Italian youngster Walter Sulis joins the FIM Supersport World Championship in their European Supersport Cup, making his debut in the class. Starting his racing career in 2012 with the CI Pre GP class, he moved into CIV in 2014, where he took one podium and one fastest lap in the same year. Taking on the STK1000 championship at the German circuit of Lausitzring, Sulis will now join Scuola Italiana Piloti for the 2018 ESS season, hoping to get some experience behind him as he breaks onto the world stage.
