2020 FIM CEV Moto2™ European Champion Yari Montella arrived in the WorldSSP paddock in 2022 from Moto2™ after a challenging year with the Boscoscuro team. Linking up with the Kawasaki Puccetti Racing team, the Italian had a solid debut season in WorldSSP as he claimed podiums at Estoril and Donington, before a first victory came in Race 1 at Phillip Island. Montella switched to the Barni Spark Racing Team and the Ducati Panigale V2 for 2023, taking five podiums but a victory remained out of reach. Can he change that in 2024?
