Round three of the 2022 campaign went down to the wire in all three races with some epic last-lap deciders
After the conclusion of the 2022 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship campaign, we are taking a look at some of the key moments from the 2022 season. This time, it’s time to look back to the 2022 Estoril Round and the incredible three last-lap deciders from three races. In Race 1, Toprak Razgatlioglu (Pata Yamaha with Brixx WorldSBK) and Alvaro Bautista (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) went head-to-head for victory, while in the Superpole Race it was Razgatlioglu and Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK) after an epic save from the reigning Champion. In Race 2, Bautista and Rea duelled it out on the final lap as they looked to claim victory in Portugal. Watch the incredible battles using the video at the top of this page!
