Roman Davide Pizzoli returns to World Supersport with the VFT Racing Team for 2020. Racing for the first time at the age of seven, Pizzoli has been competitively racing since the age of 11 and has narrowly missed out on securing titles throughout his short career. 2013 saw the Italian crowned champion in the Spain PreGP 125 series, before making the step to the CEV series in 2014. In 2017, Pizzoli scored points in the Supersport World Championship aboard an MV Agusta F3 675 with Race Department ATK#25, but hopes that after a tricky first full season in Moto3™ in 2020, he can become a top ten regular in WorldSSP in 2021.
