WorldSSP stalwart Federico Caricasulo has enjoyed success both domestically and internationally. He won the Italian Supersport title in 2014 which propelled him onto the world stage in 2015, where he secured podiums and a win in STK600. In 2016, he made his WorldSSP debut and claimed a podium at Phillip Island on his way to ninth in the standings. A move to the GRT Yamaha Official WorldSSP Team came a year later, taking three victories and ten podiums in two seasons, before joining the Evan Bros. squad in 2019. He battled with teammate Randy Krummenacher for the title, with the Swiss rider coming out on top. Nevertheless, a year in WorldSBK followed with GRT Yamaha, before returning to WorldSSP with GMT94 before a split halfway through the campaign. He linked up with Althea Racing for their return to the paddock, but was unable to claim victories. For 2024, he will race with Motozoo ME AIR Racing, who have switched from Kawasaki to MV Agusta machinery.
