Kaito Toba will make his WorldSSP debut with the PETRONAS MIE Racing Honda team for 2024 after several seasons in the MotoGP™ paddock. The Japanese rider won the Asia Talent Cup in 2014 and was fifth in the Red Bull Rookies Cup, with two wins, before moving to the CEV Moto3™ in 2015. He won at Valencia a year later on his way to fourth in the standings. One win in Moto3™, at the 2019 Qatar Grand Prix, was the highlight and Toba will be aiming for a fresh start in WorldSSP.
