Niccolo Antonelli is one of the high-profile rookies coming into WorldSSP in 2024 as he links up with Althea Racing, who have expanded to two bikes. He made his Moto3™ debut in 2012 and claimed four wins and 11 podiums, before graduating to Moto2™ in 2022. A difficult year meant he return to European competition with Moto2™ machinery before securing a WorldSSP ride with a team that competed for podiums regularly in 2023.
