The 23-year-old Malaysian rider will join PETRONAS MIE Honda Racing Team in what will be his WorldSSP rookie season. Azman is making the change to World Supersport from Moto3™, where he competed from 2021-2023, concurrently with his time in the Asian Talent Cup in 2019 and 2020, where he won a total of two races and six podiums in that time. Also, during his time in Juniorgp™, he tallied a total of one win, three podiums and one fastest lap. In 2024, ‘Damok’ competed for in Asia Superbike 1000 with Idemitsu Boon Siew Honda Racing Team, and now looks forward to his 2025 WorldSSP debut.
