NEW - What types of VideoPass subscriptions do you offer?

With a WorldSBK™ VideoPass subscription, you will be able to access live video sessions and our archive of races.

The different VideoPass options only vary in the period of time they cover, but the content and services included are basically the same (unless specifically stated otherwise).

There are various VideoPass options:

Season VideoPass: Regardless of the date of purchase, it will cover the current season as well as the off-season prior to the following one.

Monthly VideoPass: VideoPass access for 30 calendar days, with automatic renewal activated so that you don't have to check for the expiry date and miss a race. Its availability may vary through the season.

How do I cancel the auto renewal of my VideoPass?

If you no longer wish to continue your access to VideoPass for the next season, you will be able to cancel the auto renewal easily in your profile, once logged on your VideoPass account, under "Your VideoPass"

Untick the option that indicates you would like to be auto-renewed.

NEW - How does the auto-renewal work?

An active subscription that has already been paid for will always allow access until the end of the contracted term.

Automatic renewal after the expiry date is the default option. You can modify the automatic renewal options once logged in to your worldsbk.com account and visit Your VideoPass.

NEW - Can I cancel the auto-renewal of my VideoPass?

You can modify the automatic renewal of your WorldSBK™ VideoPass once logged in to your account, by clicking on your email address/name in the top right corner of the website and accessing 'Your VideoPass'.

Once there you will need to select “Modify Renewal” and follow the cancellation process.

NEW - I have a VideoPass but I cannot access the videos, can you help me?

First of all, please make sure you are accessing with the correct credentials (email and password). If you are already doing it, we recommend you close your session and start it again.

Please, also check that your current subscription appears in the Your VideoPass section.

You may try clearing the cache and cookies from worldsbk.com or use an incognito window or a different supported browser.

We accept the following debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal:

Diners Club

NEW - In which currency will I be charged?

Our prices are charged in Euros.

The price will be displayed in your currency during the purchase process of any of our subscriptions before you are asked to confirm the payment.

In any case, your bank will do the currency exchange so you may contact them if you wish to confirm the precise exchange rate they will apply.

To get an idea of the corresponding amount in your currency, you may refer to available online exchange tools.

NEW - Can I change the payment method in my profile?

The credit card information cannot be changed in the profile.

If you wish to use a different card, you will have to proceed with a manual purchase of a WorldSBK™ VideoPass and add the new method during this process.

Please don't forget to cancel the automatic renewal of any existing subscriptions.

To do so, once logged in to your account, click on your email address/name in the top right corner of the website and go to 'Your VideoPass'. Click on "Modify renewal" and follow the cancellation process.

NEW - Do you have a MotoGP and WorldSBK joint VideoPass subscription?

There is no joint subscription to MotoGP™ and WorldSBK™ VideoPass by now.
