NEW - How do I get started?

The first step is to register a Dorna account (valid for both worldsbk.com and motogp.com). This is free and can be done through our website.

Simply click the ‘REGISTER’ link and fill in the email and password fields. That’s all you need to get started!

Make sure that you provide a valid email address. The password must have a minimum of eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number and one of the following special characters: !@#$%^&

A few minutes after completing the process, you will receive an email to validate your Dorna account.

You will be able to edit your personal data, addresses and preferences through the ‘My Account’ section of our website and apps.

NEW - Can I Register and login with my Apple or Facebook account?

Yes, you can create a free worldsbk.com account using the “Continue with Facebook” or “Continue with Apple” options in the Registration/Login box.

If you decide to use the Hide my Email option with Apple, bear in mind Apple will create a private email address for you (with the domain “privaterelay.appleid.com”) and register you with it, instead of your Apple ID or your real email.

This could create some confusion as to which email you need to use to log in with us, or in which account you may have your subscriptions.

In case you do not want to proceed with the private address created by Apple, you can return to the previous page register using your email and assign a password.

NEW - I have a login issue, can you help me?

First of all, please make sure you are using the correct credentials (email and password).

You can change your password using the option Forgot your password? You will just need to enter your email and you will receive an email to establish a new one.

The password must have a minimum of eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number and one of the following special characters: !@#$%^&.

In addition, we suggest that you adjust your current email provider settings, such as spam filters, safe list, spam to the spam folder, etc., to accept emails from our non-spam address no-reply@dorna.com.

NEW - What can I do if I have forgotten my password or wish to change it?

If you do not remember your password, click Forgot password? in the login box and enter your email address.

Shortly after, you will receive an email which will allow you to set a new password.

Please use 10 to 12 letters (lowercase and uppercase) and numbers. You should include special characters, but ONLY any of the following: !@#$%^&

On the other hand, if you wish to change your password in your profile, follow these steps:

- Log in to worldsbk.com

- Click your login name in the upper right corner of the page to access the My Account area.

- Select the Change password option on the left

- Enter your old password, and next your new password

- Click Save Changes.

NEW - How can I delete my account?

In case you wish to delete your Dorna account (affecting both any worldsbk.com and motogp.com accounts and the details associated with them), you can do so through the ‘Manage account’ option on your profile.

This procedure is permanent, and the data loss is irreversible, so it will irreversibly cancel any worldsbk.com or motogp.com subscriptions that may be active at the time of the account’s deletion.

Optionally, you may also request the deletion of your account from our Customer Service team by using the contact form on our official websites or by writing to support@dorna.com.

I have an account but forgot my password - How can I retrieve it?

If you do not remember your password, you should go to Forgotten Password and write your email address. You will then receive an email helping you reset your password.

Adjust the current settings of your e-mail provider such as Spam filters, Safe list, send Spam to Spam folder, etc. so that it accepts mails from and check that there is available mailbox space.

Why do I have to verify my account?

For security purposes and in order to use all of the features of worldsbk.com, you will need to provide a valid e-mail address to ensure we can deliver important messages to you.

You won't receive any newsletter or direct message until you validate your account by clicking on the link that appears on the account validation email.

NEW - How can I choose which emails I receive from you?

Once you have logged in to our official website, you can modify your communications preferences from the Preferences Center, in My Account,

There are different Newsletters groups to which you can subscribe, depending on your preferences.

Once you have subscribed, you will receive the most relevant and updated information on the topics that interest you most.

NEW - How do I change my e-mail address or personal details?

To be able to modify your email address or any other account information, you must log into your account at worldsbk.com and click on your login name in the top-right corner to access your My Account area.

Select the desired tab and modify the field that you wish to change and then Save Changes.
